Lauren has been sitting up unassisted for over a week now. But it wasn’t until today that she lasted long enough we felt comfortable putting it in the books. She still lists to the side occasionally and will also take a tumble backward, but we have her on a core strengthening regime with the hope of increasing her longevity. We are very proud of our little sitter.
We promise she isn’t always this solemn.
This is what happens when she lists to the side… 
Just makes me want to squish and kiss all over her little face…so I do. I’m her mother. It’s expected.
