You may be able to tell from the pictures that our baby girl is a good eater :)
I love that Lauren was born on the 5th of the month. My Dad’s birthday was May 5th (Happy Cinco de Mayo today!) and his sports number was always 5 as was my brothers and mine all through school. The number 5 holds a special place in my family’s hearts. So, it’s fun to think that on the 5th of each month we will celebrate a little more for our girl!
Lauren is doing fabulous! She really only cries when she is hungry and/or tired (or if we are at a restaurant and my food arrives). She continues to enjoy milk, her bouncy chair, baths, rocking in the rocking chair, and giving us some wonderful grins. We go to the doctor on Monday for her well check and first round of immunizations. I’ll post her stats then.
She hit another milestone last night, but I’m posting about that separately for the sake of continuity. (what a teaser!)
Lord, thank you for Lauren. She brings us so much joy with her cuddles and grins. Thank you for blessing us with such a sweet little girl.
