An afternoon of thunderstorms and tornado sirens means pillows and such in the hallway and way too much food and TV. The following things were overheard during the fun…mostly because I said them all…
“no, we are not taking off our pants!”
“why are you wearing my high heels?”
“try to keep the crumbs in your hands.”
“try to eat all the crumbs off the carpet.”
“don’t worry about the crumbs. we will vacuum after the storms”
“didn’t I ask you to take my shoes back to my closet?”
“put your pants back on!”
“the three little bears isn’t supposed to scare you…”
“when is daddy coming home?”
Seems like all the crazy weather has passed us by. Thanks for all the concerned texts, FB messages and phone calls.
We were definitely thinking of you guys! Glad you are safe and sound and made a memory in your hallway.
