Like 19 degrees cold. Brrr. Bryan had an inclement weather day so we have enjoyed a very relaxed at-home family day.
Bryan really wanted to go outside and check out the snow and ice and of course Hayden wanted to go with him. The problem being that we don’t have snow/freezing weather appropriate clothing for the girls. (honestly I didn’t even get them winter coats this year…bad mommy.) So H’s outfit consisted of: fleecy, footed pajamas; turtle neck sweater; lined corduroy vest; windbreaker with hood (my attempt at water proofing); fleece pants; toboggan (from last year); two pairs of mittens and her boots.
I believe that she had a great time the ten minutes or so they were out there. I braved the elements for a few pictures. My hands are still thawing out…
Love the explanation of her outfit! Wish we could have been there to play with you guys. It is entirely too cold to play in our snow here.
